Reports on Facebook that Qantas is moving back to Telstra (and away from Optus) for Lounge WiFi.

No more ticks needed to log on, just a single button.

Hopefully the speed is much better, has recently been an absolute crawl in many lounges.

Anyone in lounges today able to post speed tests.

Be also interested to see if they have upgraded the WiFi points (eg. Will it also support 802.11ac?)

I noticed on Monday of this week (PM) SYD J lounge download was max 1.5mbit.
Then transiting in MEL, the J lounge download was at a constant 15-20mbit.

Awful. "This site can't be reached" is quite common in the 5 first minutes since arriving today.
