Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Its been over 2 months now since I've been emailed any offers. Always get the emails about prices of products that have dropped.

I stopped using my WW reward card for small purchases hoping that might send a couple offer emails.

Any ideas?

I was recently overseas for about a month, so my WWR card wasn't used for 5 weeks. I've only received two offers on the past few months - the most recent one (which I received not long before I got back to Australia) was for a higher spend target for around half the points of the previous offer!!! Not using the card doesn't seem to have helped me - have tried that method a few times before but didn't have any success with triggering offers then either.

We've been o/s a couple of times in the last few months and haven't had any offers at all

For anyone who got the mega points boost ($90 spend per week for 8 weeks for 24,000 points or similar) post a copy of the t's and c's or advise if click and collect orders are excluded?

thanks

Woolworths Online which includes Click and Collect is part of the promotion. The payment date for each of the points boosts are much later than the instore purchases. The instore bonus points were paid after the week 2 transaction and the Woolworths dollars were available for the next purchase. One lot of bonus points for online shopping should be credited on 19/05/17. The final amount of bonus points for online shopping won't be credited to your account until 16/06/17.

Remember to check the final invoice amount and the invoice date which appears in your Woolworths rewards account. These dates and amounts will determine whether you are eligible for the bonus points. If the order is delayed or some items are out of stock you may see variations in the entry and you might not qualify for the bonus points, depending on how the final transaction appears.

I can't post an image of the terms and conditions. If you want me to type them out word for word let me know. I've just attempted to give you the relevant details.

Thanks rainbowgirl. Woolworths chat told me it didn't count which made me quite unhappy! Gives me more hope.

thanks

Wife received the complicated 8 week offer of spend $145/week for 8 weeks and earn 24000 bonus points.

This is a measly 10% discount compared to some of the offers received by others. Yes I am grateful but my $145/week spend is bigger target than someone's $90/week target yet we receive the same net discount. Makes no sense.

If it makes you feel better, they wanted $200/week out of me. Needless to say, not happening.

Not sure if general offer or unique to me. $5 off for $150+ spend online. Not a very good offer.

Welcome to AFF Lindsay. Feel free to ask whatever questions you like about the targeted offer system in this thread or general questions in some of our other threads on Woolworths Rewards.

Usually posting on here has triggered an email from them ( Coincidence or not ) Lucky for us there's a coles next door so will be using them for a while

My brother has not received offers since the new system came in place. Think he may have dropped off their system.

P.S. Has it nearly been 18 months since split from Everyday Rewards?

600 points for $40 spend x 2 weeks. Not a great return despite the much lower target. I will probably not activate again since I still don't get the not interested link in my emails.

We completed week 4 of the $40 target offer. The points for shopping in Week 3 and Week 4 and the combined bonus for shopping in all 4 weeks were credited at the end of the transaction in the store. The points show in the account and the Woolworths dollars will be ready for use next week when we do our Week 5 transaction.

We are now in week 4 of spend $90 and get 4000 points each 2 weeks. The first 4000 points was instantaneous so just waiting on the QF transfer now.
