Not saying you weren't right that changes were coming. But if your hypothesis is true, and QF really did need to take their entire upgrade system offline for 2 weeks to make a change to redemption levels that could have been done in 30 seconds and doesn't apply for several months anyway, their IT people are worse than I think anyone thought!
Not me; I have to deal with Qantas outsourced offshored IT on a professional basis and it does not surprise me at all.... their IT people are worse than I think anyone thought!
