Wearing own pyjamas in business class?

Found a lot of posts about airlines giving pyjamas but not on when they don't.
I'm Travelling to Europe this Christmas in Singapore airlines business class. Ive always felt comfortable changing into pyjamas that airlines give to you but in this case where no pyjamas are given is it acceptable to change into your own? Obviously I'm talking pants and top, nothing provocative or inappropriate. Think peter Alexander type pj's. I'm just not sure how I feel wearing my own pyjamas - it's just I sleep so much better in them. Interested in people's thoughts. Does anyone do this?

I don't bring my own PJs but do wear my own stuff, even when PJs are supplied - usually an old pair of long airline PJ bottoms (washed and therefore a bit more comfortable) and a comfy t shirt. I may be the daggiest dressed in the cabin.

I reckon you'd be fine.

The SQ crew were fine with it, even if there was a big kangaroo on the PJ top.

I've worn QF pj's on EY, NZ and BA.

I've worn SQ First PJ's on QF, NZ, VA, CX ...

Never worried about it.

I always BYO PJs and never wear the provided PJs on any flt on any airline. As for SQ they couldn't give a rats toss what you wear - I wouldn't strutt around with your bits hanging out but apart from that wear what you like.

SQ way more liberal than many other airlines when it comes to dress code - hear tell some clown even waltzed into TPR naked from waist up and staff did not bat an eye lid (well maybe not 100% correct - rumour has it many of the female staff were actually dining out on the Adonis type body on display that day).

My last SIN - SYD Flight there was a guy in pjs, I assumed he walked off a flight from Europe onto that flight. It was no issue

I think that if you are wearing proper PJs with patterns or flowers etc in a bright pattern, as averse to some sort of airline or something very similar PJs, you may feel a little conspicuous. It's more when you walk around the cabin. It may work better if you have something like a well washed comfy T Shirt and a slightly loose simple pair of cotton bottoms.

I wear a combo of QF grey pj bottoms and VA black pj top whenever I'm flying and not provided a set. Plenty comfy and when I have to move about the cabin I'm not sporting an obvious black roo on my top half.
When I want to try an get some sleep or rest in long-haul Y (it's never true sleep in Y) I change into the same. Never really seen anyone bat an eyelid. And really, given the number of travellers in tracksuits and 'active' leisurewear in all cabins these days, I can't see why anyone would.

SWMBO seems happy to jump into her favorite pink PJs even in QF PE! I'll do QF bottoms and a t shirt without feeling conspicuous.

Light track pants and cotton t-shirt for me, but only in flight. Wouldn't feel right walking through terminal or in lounge like that, but plenty do...

Wore my MH on an EK flight. On my defence, I was booked into J (no PJ given) but got comped to F. MH pair was getting shabby so kept the EK for other time.

I've worn my VA PJ pants on Air NZ with a tank top. Otherwise I take a pair of yoga pants.
