Just made a Gift Voucher based booking. It's showing a ticket number with MyFlightsApp but not yet with Amadeus classic checkmytrip.

You are probably seeing the original gift voucher ticket number. Gift vouchers are issued as e-tickets with the $ as the fare value.

My first time being blessed by the ness on a SYD-SIN-HND-SIN-SYD booking made last night with the Qantas multi-city tool - no voucher involved.

Surprised this is still happening, but glad I found this thread as I got a little worried..

It's all in-house as far as I'm aware.

They might be physically 'in house', but they're still outsourced developers to consulting companies like TCS or Infosys

From four years ago...

Upon investigation, I can confirm that there's no security breach and these notifications can be disregarded.

For your reference, this matter had already been brought to attention of our IT teams. They've advised that ness.com are a service provider to Amadeus, and this issue may be effecting other airlines' bookings too.
