Vinomofo Wine Deals

Could be Neagles Rock; Kirrihill or Penna Lane all have been on the Fo before. Cheers

None have a Cab Sauv that's listed as $30

And Neagles Rock have absolutely no web presence whatsoever.

If it's been offered before on the Fo, does abyone have any reviews of the Neagles Rock?

Could be a made for Fo special. Neagles Rock cab sav $30 in wine companion. Koonowla also have a 6 pack for $180.00 which equates to $30 per bottle and vintage and cellaring seem to match

Read mixed reviews of the Redman. They winery has pedigree, and the wine itself medals and some decent reviews. And then there's others saying it's awful. I'm a bit surprised by the wide variety of opinions, and wondering where the truth lies :)[/QUOTE]

I'm normally a Redman fan, but the first bottle I opened was corked and the next was not in good shape. I decided not to risk it any further as I already had some in my cellar. It was a long time since I had seen a cork and was feeling quite nostalgic about it until the first taste...

Assume its not mentioned as Neagles Rock is a 5 blue star winery not the coveted 5 red star winery. Cheers

That's possible, or maybe they're trying to obscure the winery more than usual. However VM usually does call out Halliday 5 Star wineries - they get the black icon, rather than the red one. Haselgrove, Mcguigan etc all get that stamp - e.g. this is the Haselgrove Switch: https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/mof_-secret-deal-gsm-2014 Note the black "5 Star winery" icon - that's for those that only have 5 blue stars.

Point taken AnonmymousCoward. I was responding to GeorgeHall #9724. You never know with the Fo.

The lads from the fo won the Telstra Victorian business of the year award.

This isn't the small business, it's every business.

does that mean we all will get a free bot of the think outside the square cabernet ??

Now, what deals will they offer us to commenerate this , lets be honest, seriously outstanding achievement. free postage at the least mon amis.

Penna Lane is in the Skilly Hills on the western side of the valley, not north east. Kirrihill would be good.

It's none of these - I obviously wrote down the name wrong, as I can't find anything via Google. But I also looked at every Clare Valley winery in Wine Companion, and can't see anything that closely matches. So it's either someone very new, someone who's changed their name, or something like that.

Reading the blurb it sounds like the grapes came from north east but could have been made elsewhwere as it does not say where the winemaker is. in regards to Kirihill they are putting up a new website so no help there although they have been on the Fo before.

they send me 2008 which I already have. They also checked stocks to exchange but no more stock in Australia so refund is the only option for me
My local Dan's also only has the 2008 Coleraine. Is it worth the approx $65pb after discounts?

Kirrihill's Tullymore range is $25 on the order form.
