I know many of you travel in style for work and get the Krug 04 treatment. Alas, not me. But, unlike the Ferngrove I had on my recent trip to MEL, this wasn't that bad:

So, I'm on the QF 462 from MEL to SYD tonight. The (lovely) hosties are old, the entertainment doesn't work, the magazine's pages are old and welded together. But the wine is too young! Or is it? Dark blackberry in colour. No real nose to speak of. But a very approachable, drink now Aussie Cab Sauv, with a smooth and rounded but short lived palate of blackberries, plums, mint and a spec of spice. No idea where the oak is, but very drinkable. A Wozza 90/100 (3.2/5.0) from me."
Maybe one day. Just one day, I'll get to travel like most of you good people ...
