I have two Qantas club complimentary lounge passes from ANZ but after reading the back of the passes i don't know if I would be let in as it says it must be on a Qantas flight Number and my flights are with Cathay ( oneworld ) The itinerary is on my Qantas F,F site as the points will be credited to Qantas. I did ask the ANZ receptionist about this and she seemed to think it would be ok, but sometimes getting to the lounge can be quite an ordeal if the door person has had a bad day, Has any members had this problem and what advice can anyone give me.
Thank you

I don't know of any QF codeshare on a CX flight so I dont think you could use it. You likely have a CX flight no. Even if it shows up on your QFF profile and are crediting to QF that important QF flight number would be missing.

Sorry to disappoint.

However your anz black will get you 2 free entires into the amex lounge in Sydney if that is your outward port.

Fyi if you looking to now offload the QF passes i will happily take them of your hands. Have some flights in July on QF.

So you can't use the Qantas passes, but can access the Amex a Lounge with your Black Amex (with a guest)
On these cards you are allowed two complimentary entries to the Amex Lounge each year (so that would be my wife and I), but my understanding is that your accompanying children are also allowed in. Does it matter how old your "children" are? My daughter is 18, so would she be allowed in?

"Complimentary access for card members children aged 2-17"

Not sure if they'd bother with an ID check to verify your daughters age though....

Children are defined as ages 2-17
