It's been a while since I had to claim missing points/SC for a flight...

All my flights from my last trip have posted, except one - SIN-HND. Do I put the operating code in the claim form (JL38) or the marketing code (QF4017)?

Also wondering why this flight has been missed, when everything after (including a HND-SIN on QF code) and both flights connecting to the missing one and checked in for all 3 at the same time (PVG-HKG-SIN-HND) all posted as expected.

Made a manual claim within the last 6 months. You just need date of flight and flight number. Hope you've kept your boarding pass in case they need to see it.

Put in whichever code you booked the flight under.

Which flight number? JL38 or QF4017? I had a claim 2 years ago that had been booked under a codeshare (MH). MH changed something and removed the flight, and AY had to recreate the booking (under the AY code) when I showed up to check in. The claim was knocked back due to the confusion over flight number.

I always keep my passes ;)

It should be the flight number you purchased the flight under.

I'd go with the marketing code as it sounds like you bought it with a QF flight number
