Yes just ask the shower attendants, they have deodorant too and toothbrush sets

NSWP - I'll be on CX 138 in a couple of months, in J. Be great if you can advise what the food is like onboard - dinner and breakfast, or something else. I've seen lots of info on a decline in Cathay J food recently, but no-one has offered much info on this flight (best I can tell).

I'll be in F lounges in Syd before and then in transit in HKG too - but still nice to know what to expect. Sorry for hijacking your thread!

No worries, I am not back until mid November, doing a couple of cruises from UK and motoring around. So may not get back on this forum until then, but will see what I can do. Whilst I will be on GF tucker, my wife is 'normal.' LOL.

Thanks for the advice, now I know the domestic/service workforce in HK like a 'cup of tea' (a tip) so do I tip the shower gurus?

No worries. While some info soon after you fly would be good - don't worry if it's not feasible. Enjoy your holiday!

Beware the free razors in Cathay lounge, HK. Cut my damn throat whilst having a shave, enroute, Syd-HK-LHR.:( I had ro race out to the girls in lounge reception for band aids. The razors must be those 1 cent ones. Next time will go without. Doing Business Class on AirNZ, Syd-Auck-LAX in September, wonder if the kiwis have better quality razors? LOL.

I ordered a GF meal as am Coeliac. Awful, who wants salad every meal? My wife who is normal eater, had choice of three meals from trolley, looked good. I reckon I got the Economy GF meal. Not good enough. Probably the worst food I have had on an aircraft.
