China Southern award booking?

I am scoping a trip to central asia that is generally only served by China Southern. I am trying to work out how to book China Southern award flights using a possible redemption partner such as Amex membership rewards or AAdvantage or Alaska Mileage Plan etc but cant seem to see China Southern as a partner on any of those schemes. Can anyone give me some pointers on which schemes allow redemption's on China Southern? I have read that Delta Skymiles recently introduced it but i have no Skymiles, their ability to acquire at a reasonable price and also websites ability to book are all seemingly poor.

As China Southern is a member of SkyTeam alliance, I would imagine that you could redeem points with most/all SkyTeam airlines, e.g. Delta, Vietnam Airlines, Korean Air, KLM, Air France and so on.

Out of interest, what city are you looking at that is only served by China Southern?

'Only served by' is an overstatement but China Southern seem to be the most reputable(!) airline. The cities are Bishkek and Dushanbe.
