Hi.
I'm currently QF SG and have just been comped another year, although on the 25th I have a J BKK-HND and Y HND-CTS booked which would have taken me over the line for my 31st Dec membership year. I also have the return flights J CTS-HND-BKK (don't ask me why the system booked me into Y for 1 flight, I have no idea...) in the start of my membership year.
As I have been comped, I basically have a year to get to the BAEC OWS equivalent. With fairer and simpler and my own general lack of domestic flights I have thought now may be an appropriate time to move away from QFF. I would like to maintain OWS at least, but do not have many paid flights in 2015 so far so may end up on MH flying around Asia for kicks...
Any thoughts on switching or staying (or even another program entirely)? Would it be easier to get TCs on BAEC than SC on QF with MH?
Also, are there minumum BA segments that must be achieved? I can probably find a way to do this if so, but may swing the pendulum towards another program.
Thanks!
