Generic error15012 - 421 (Booking online PER-DPS)??

Hi all,

I am trying to book some flights to Bali over xmas using points. Go to the site, enter details and shows availability. Pick my flights enter details of passengers and proceed to payment page and comes back with:-

• "Qantas.com flight search error: We are unable to confirm the fare for the flights you have selected from the airlines we search. Please cancel these segments and choose a different fare or flights and resubmit your confirmation request. (15012 - 421)"

Can anyone tell me what this is all about? Tried to ring the call centre but that is closed today due to public holiday.

I'm concerned to hear this as our Reservations team on 131313 are available 24/7, including on public holidays.

I've been getting this trying to book partner awards too (on AA) for the past week or so.

I'll probably call later today as it looks like availability is drying up

Rang and booked over the phone. Had a bit of an argument about waiving the booking fee but won that.
