I need to buy some ex-Aus tickets, but zuji.com.au won't take non-Aus credit cards. I've emailed their support, but haven't heard back yet.

Are there any other sites or ways to get around this?

Thanks. :)

Where is your card issued?

Zuji has an international (generic) site, as well as sites for Aus, NZ, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan.

Go to www.zuji.com and see if you select "other" if it will take your card.

This wil only work if it relies on the website used, not your address in your profile...

Another option might be to call Zuji and see if you can book direct.

Gosh, that was quick... :) Thanks.

I'm in NZ, I've tried zuji.co.nz, and when I entered an ex-Aus itinerary, it just passes me onto the Aus site.

I was also going to add that I guess I can get flights from qantas.com.au or webjets.com.au (although I haven't tried webjets), the fare from zuji always comes up best.

Mate, sounds a bit strange to me.

I've booked on zuji.com.sg with my Aussie credit card without any problems.

I've used zuji.com.au with a Japanese credit card without any problems.

Strange to me to. I've used several zuji sites worldwide with the same credit card and no problems.

The only available country in the billing details is Australia. The system insists on a State and a country for your billing details. I can't enter N/A for state either, so the system rejects it.

zuji said I can pay for flights with non-Aus cards but suggest I use the NZ site... Useless they are...

As long as address matches CC address, and ticket is electronic no problem having any old state

So the required fields for state and country don't matter and I can put in whatever I want?

Seems to be - of course no knowing when or if that will get fixed (until it declines for non-match of address).
