Too many youtubers take forever to get to the point… stretching a 3 minute video to 23… or longer.Simon has been a fresh change from the "how I stuffed up my visa" or "wow, I got upgraded for no specific reason *wink*" clickbait from some travel tubers.
I like how he covers quite a lot of background and history of the subject while covering the story of his video.
Could not agree more. The point of his videos is less the actual flight and more the background / history behind some topic that I've never thought of before.Too many youtubers take forever to get to the point… stretching a 3 minute video to 23… or longer.

Longer videos are associated with higher engagement and monetization potentialToo many youtubers take forever to get to the point…
Depends on the content! Most people these days want short, sharp and fast, not long, repetitive and boring.Longer videos are associated with higher engagement and monetization potential
YTubers can also monetize shorts. However Shorts can not be longer than, I think, 3 minutes. Most people these days want short, sharp and fast, not long, repetitive and boring.
I’m guessing the monetising is coming from the number of viewers that make it to the advertisements? If everyone fast forwards or clicks out before you get to those, no money?YTubers can also monetize shorts. However Shorts can not be longer than, I think, 3 minutes.
I dont think airline YTubers can keep their content to that short length.
