Yet another QFF survey?

I just got a long winded email asking me for "three minutes of my time" to rate the QFF programme. I was expecting a series of questions but all I got was one!

The usual boring:
On a scale of 0-10, based on your experience with the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, how likely are you to recommend the program to a close friend or family member?

And then why I rated it so.

I gave it 8 and said you'd be an idiot not to take the points when on offer. I clicked submit expecting the next question and got a "thank you for your time".

What's the point of that? I'm sure I did this not long ago with the same question (and answer) although I thought it was three questions. Maybe if I'd given it a low rating I would have been asked more questions? Someone should test it and give it a '1'.
 
I gave them a 2 after recent experiences and got the Thanks for your time. We greatly value your feedback. message.
 
This survey is used to give QANTAS a 'Net Promoter Score', QF are doing it every month, and about 6mths ago their NPS was around 20%, but it had been increasing ever since.
 
I did not get a survey but recently I got a phone call from an agency on behalf of Qantas to rate my most recent customer service experience.

The person only wanted to know about the most recent customer service experience and how it was handled. How about all the average customer service experiences?

Very convenient for Qantas when there has been a positive outcome. ;)

There were a number of questions and the last question was the same as the one mentioned here. How likely are you to recommend Qantas to family and friends. I simply said "N/A".
 
Yep, I got it as well. I was expecting more than one question, answered the first and then that's it. Thought I must have answered it in a way that they weren't looking for.
 
yup me too, just one question, gave them a 7 and said its a pity i'm regional so I usually only get to pick from Jetstar or Virgin.

Does it download an executable file onto your computer?

I tried to do it at work and was quickly denied with a message about not being permitted to download program files (or something like that).
 
I gave them a 4. Reason because it would depend on the needs of the friend/family member. Then had a rant about the jetstar-isation of Qanstar. ;) If they flew routes that involve jetstar they would be better off with Virginblue. Plus a few other ranty things.
