Hi all,

Been a long time since I've been here since I wiped out all my points taking the whole family to Europe back in 2006. Built up some points since then and need to get back to Holland around Xmas for my dads 80th. I have obviously left my run way too late. Looking for some advice from all you veterans. Happy to fly to London, Frankfurt etc. and get a hop. Need to go about 10/12 and return about 22/12.

Would appreciate some help on this.

Thanks in anticipation!

Regards, Joc.

P.S. Hasn't this forum grown since 2005??

SIN-FRA is available 6, 12 and 16th. Return not available until 30th Dec.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

It seems to me that FRA would be the best option on Qantas. Basically it would seem a case of checking all the options. Other options might be JAL, CX and AY for getting to holland and avoiding london, which I think would be most popular from Australia.

Flying back from LHR-HKG on QF30 on 23rd is possible, for 6 adults. HKG-MEL is not available until 25th.

Also look at flying via the USA, if your dates aren't available.

Thanks for the quick reply folks. Now, remembering I am a FF noob, I assumed that if I went into the oneworld website I could use my QFF points to find and book flights with other airlines. Obviously I was wrong. Any workarounds you folks know of. Thanks
