Xmas gift from Velocity

Just got delivered a surprise gift from Velocity, 2006 bottle of Dom Perignon!!
Can't say that I have been a big spender this past year with Virgin, dropping back to gold next week. Anyone else get one?.

I think it may be a stretch to believe there is logic in many of VAs decisions. The clear logical progressive pathway seems to have had a backhoe put through it of late!

I am dropping to Gold this Sunday. I fly 8 times a year on cash flexi OOL-SYD-OOL and that's it. I go EU twice a year F and J on points. I just scraped in earning enough points to stay at gold, but that wasn't required due to the soft landing. I also note that I was gifted 100 SC from ANZ mid year. Somethings to do with CC spend. So without that I wouldn't have made Gold, if it was required. Strange ha!!.

Tallying it all up, I've probably spent 15K with Virgin this year just on personal travel. I think I'll hold out hope for a christmas miracle with this one.
