On Friday 10 May, MF803 from XMN down to MEL (B789 B-1356) is arriving at 1003 hours, 48 late. The twice weekly flight back, MF804 is scheduled out at 1120 so should almost be on time pushing back if all goes well.

While slot restrictions are among factors not always making it feasible, it's very good practice for international airlines to schedule longer than minimum turnarounds at 'outstations' as this increases the chances of the return flight being punctual in pushback, and doesn't disadvantage passengers.

MF804, the 1120 hours thrice weekly back to XMN should be close to time if all goes well. This once again shows how beneficial it can be for international airlines (where feasible) to have longer than minimum turnarounds factored in to the timetables, particularly at outstations where they cannot substitute another aircraft if one is delayed.
