I have not changed anything in my WWR account, but I just checked, and see it says "here is your $10 rewards dollars" under activity in WWR account.
Balance of WWR account was 2000 WWR points a few days ago.
Haven't contacted WWR centre yet, by phone or online chat, thought others might have noticed no auto transfer of WWR to QFF.
Checked QFF and there is no corresponding 1000 QFF points there.
Usually, the 1000 QFF would be there as soon as the 2000 WWR points are earnt.
Feb 2021.
Any feedback from other colleagues on here.
What does your WWR show, has there been the "normal" auto transfer in your case, Feb this year.

It has always been preceded by the entry "Here's $10 Everyday Rewards Dollars". But I did notice the auto transfer to QF this week was not instant like it usually is for me but occurred a day after... Is it there yet?

Last week an account had ~4800 points accumulated for several days before it dropped to ~800 with 2 x 2K credits happening.

So patience I guess.

So...
Its just slow, ok, thanks all.
Will wait and see what happens next.
Edit: no, still shows as "here's $10 everyday rewards dollars".
Just checked.
And guess what, yep, got "unusual login activity" just pinged to my email address.
That was with the 3 secret questions, they only send the code with 2fa if I log into QTMC.
Will wait and see though, till next week, then will go into WWR account.
So far only been going with the WWR app, online receipts is very good if you have more than one card in the family, and they are not so fast in giving you the receipt to check if bonus points have been added.

(Edit) 8.20(am) Nothing as of yesterday.
22.36(pm) Still nothing showing in my WWR account about the transfer to QFF.
I do have the 2000 min WWR points for the transfer.
Wonder if its QFF not paying WWR, so they are slow, or not doing transfers, ...
Too troublesome to log into my QFF account, (having to do the 2fa thingo).
No flights planned till Jun so in no hurry.
But its a pity when something like this happens, slow or them not willing to do the transfers.

Might try my luck with a store, and see if that $10 has been loaded onto my WWR/EDR card to use in store.
Haven't changed the choice to get the $10 to be used to reduce groceries on my WWR/EDR account, still shows as auto transfers to QFF in my WWR/EDR app.
Up to a few mins ago, still no congrats message about transfer of WWR/EDR 2k to QFF.
Not sure what is going on, haven't called the WWR/EDR call centre.

I will be calling EDR today as it's been 2 weeks now and the 2000 EDR points still hasn't converted. My settings in EDR are correct and haven't changed.

I last had a direct conversion on 18/2 but haven't been using my card much.In facg since just 1 $60 shop last week.but I was checking my QFF account and on 1/3 received 195 points for an EDR promotion. Now I was unaware of this and WW have no details now.gratefully accepted.

I have had an auto transfer go through this month, so I would say something has gone astray if you are still waiting.

I also got some points on 1 March but I think it belongs to some boosts that never paid out during Feb.

You can log in to your WWR account on-line, then use the chat function. I have found that to be a convenient and responsive method of contact. I have a BWS spend that did not process for Boosted bonus points. Was told they could see it should have processes (i.e. I met the criteria) but had to wait the prescribed 5 business days. Contact again after the prescribed time and bonus points were processed manually within minutes. Much easier than phoning.

I reached the threshold after shopping yesterday and my points were swept across to QF overnight...

I always use the WWR/EDR app, and thought that I ought to toughen up my 2fa, thought that I should make my password longer.
So did a bit of changing password, too many tries, so got locked out.
I rang up the 1300 phone number, and asked to reset my account, that was done fast, and also, I mentioned that I still didn't have my 2000 WWR/EDR points to 1000 QFF points, the lady did the transfer.
So, someone somewhere, in the WWR/EDR section either didn't action something, so my 2000 WWR/EDR points didn't go through.
Eventhough the blurb in WWR/EDR says automatic transfer to QFF, someone must be needed to authorise the batch/transactions.
Ok, so slight hiccup now solved.

I don't know there is anything manual. I passed 2,000 points last night, and the Qantas Points were in my account within 30 minutes.

Something obviously went wrong with your transfer, but it would be all guessing as to what it was.

I didn't want to ask the WWR/EDR lady too deeply the process of the WWR/EDR points -> QFF system, though some on here might take pleasure in that.
So, yep, pure speculation on why it wasn't auto in my that case.
OT, ((overall, with the reset process, and the manual transfer of points, that the lady did, all up, was about 15mins call time, on my mobile, but its the Epic data with Optus, so all call mins are included in the days usage of 42 days.

My most recent transfer was within the same day even though it was late on a Sunday...
