Possibly. Look here Visas, Immigration & Customs
Many posts of people having issues getting a visa. It takes a loooong time
Suggest you look for somewhere esle to visit

Hi learned ones, would anyone know this? CM

I have a conviction for DD from 3 years ago and I have entered twice since.

We as Australians do not need to apply for any visa but we must get an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization). Easiest way is online https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ . In the application all they ask regarding criminal history is drug or terrioism questions.

You will have no troubles

No they don't! They ask if you have ever been arrested or convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude - it doesn't say "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for drugs or terrorism only". Not sure where you got that information from.

I would be extremely surprised if it precluded you from entering.

I have entered the USA twice since a DUI and the first time I told them about it and was told not to bother telling them about it next time.

Many thanks JohnK I will proceed with booking, looking forward to my first time on the A380 and in "J"

Dont know why people have to pick the cough out of everything written. Here is what it says exactly.

B) Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime involving moral turpitude or a violation related to a controlled substance; or have been arrested or convicted for two or more offenses for which the aggregate sentence to confinement was five years or more; or have been a controlled substance trafficker; or are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities?

" Jeeze " why do we have to qualify everything we say especially when the meaning is the same. In my original awnser everybody please disregard and ignor the word "ALL".

I beg your pardon?

You have just contradicted yourself. You originally wrote and I quote "In the application all they ask regarding criminal history is drug or terrioism questions" and now you admit that they say "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime involving moral turpitude or a violation related to a controlled substance; or have been arrested or convicted for two or more offenses for which the aggregate sentence to confinement was five years or more; or have been a controlled substance trafficker; or are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities?"

How is that meaning the same????

A good thing the US don't consider DD in itself "moral Turpitude".

serfty has bang on hit the nail on the head here. It's not considered moral turpitude and as such you can enter under the VWP (assuming you don't fail on any of the other points!).
