I noticed that but assumed they were referring to 10 abreast in Y.

If they're getting ten meals a breast it had better be a big bird.

If it were me flying, I'd probably rather avoid the timing of 420 and take the better departure out of PER (EK425 or maybe EK423) if flying Y, despite the more cramped conditions. Coming back though is probably a different story.
