So what she drunk or just out of control?

I do not understand the need to divert. Is that the full story?

Can you imagine a seat mate singing at the top of their lungs, non-stop and not shutting up, for even a whole flight BNE-SYD? Would be pretty annoying at the very least, but suggests maybe she has a mental health condition and that could be a danger to other passengers or crew when the singing stops... if there's a chance to offload before continuing, might be a good idea. ;)

Perhaps she was en route to The Voice auditions & just doing a little 'warming up"

Depends on the mood I was in.

But not long from now I think people are going to be begging to be sitting next to someone singing rather than someone texting or talking non stop on their gadgets.

"Hi, what are you doing?"
"Nothing, what are you doing?"
"Nothing. What colour dress are you wearing?"
"Blue. What colour dress are you wearing?"
"White. Bye. I'll see you in an hour."

She was singing Whitney Houston and it sounded even worse than the original  If THAT is not reason to divert, then nothing is!

Hey, the original was by Dolly Parton and that was an understated masterpiece. It was Whitney what murdered it.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that! But Dolly Parton and "masterpiece" in one sentence? Tastes are obviously different so I won't further comment! :D

Well Dolly Parton was certainly famous for busting out a few song hits.
