Three things that are true of AFF:

1. AFF members like to talk.
2. AFF members like to tell us, the airline, what to do.
3. AFF members sometimes see requested benefits realised when flying Virgin Australia and being a Velocity Frequent Flyer! :D

It's been mentioned by some, of their appreciation of a good wine and a massage, so here's a little something to help you 'Relax and Unwind'....

Enjoy an informal tasting and talk with Rosemount District Release Winemaker Randall coughmins:

Melbourne - 4-6pm, Thurs 20 October 2011
Sydney - 4-6 pm, Wed 2 November 2011
Brisbane - 4-6pm, Thurs 3 November 2011

Plus, we also know how you appreciate the service of our "Lounge Angels" so now you can relax with a 5 minute 'Halo' seated neck and shoulder massage at the professional hands of two '3 Minute Angels' (no relation to our Lounge Angels!):

Melbourne - 4-6pm, Thurs 13 and 27 October, Thurs 10 November 2011
Sydney - 4-6 pm, Thurs 13, 20 and 27 October 2011
Brisbane - 4-6pm, Wed 19 Oct, Thurs 27 October, Thurs 10 November 2011

To check availability and book your preferred time, just see the '3 Minute Angel' / fill in the booking form next to the Angel.

Thanks again for your support and we hope to hear some good feedback from you all!

(Please note that this is a limited duration Rosemount and Virgin Australia Lounge promotion, selected dates and locations.)

Big thumbs up on this guys - been sat in the Melbourne lounge waiting for my flight after a looong day in the City and spotted the angels so got myself a massage :) What a perfect way to help wind down before heading off.

I've got two questions........
  1. Is a three minute angel a real person, or a massage chair? and
  2. Why on earth would you tell a bunch of P-pots like this lot, about a wine tasting ;)
PS - Great pro-active news.....love it! Thanks.

Mine was a real person - not sure a chair could do the choppy bit at the end ;)

Just noticed that I should be in the lounge for the winemaker tasting too - nice work!

I appreciate the effort VA but could you cross check with my travel schedule before you plan something like this next time? :)

I think DJ may have checked with at least one AFFers schedule

We may have some difficulty prising a birthday boy away from the massage angel next week

What a fantastic idea! Love the summary of AFF members Virgin

Do all you can get to get Jim Chatto of Pepper Tree fame in the lounge. Pound for pound much better than Rosemount. Let the flames begin ;)
