One further bit of advice. Keep a record of where your wine goes in the fridge. At the very least which shelf its on. I used cellartracker.com for this. Makes finding a bottle much easier than emptying out the entire fridge looking for it. From memory I just allocated a number to each shelf and also noted whether it was put towards the front of rear of each shelf.

Bah! Where's the fun in that! :) The frudge is for best wines so it's good to go there when you want a special bottle (on Tuesday) and root around to discover!
