One further bit of advice. Keep a record of where your wine goes in the fridge. At the very least which shelf its on. I used cellartracker.com for this. Makes finding a bottle much easier than emptying out the entire fridge looking for it. From memory I just allocated a number to each shelf and also noted whether it was put towards the front of rear of each shelf.

Bah! Where's the fun in that! The frudge is for best wines so it's good to go there when you want a special bottle (on Tuesday) and root around to discover!
