No points from Wilson here too. And I recall promises of VA points with Aussie Post for signing up for eBills with supported providers, of which I've also seen nothing in a couple of years so far...

Let your fingers do the walking.......Pick up the phone and call 'em up. Problem solved. Wilson are fine to deal with, others who make offers...

I don't actually recall. Just stuck in my mind, but I could easily be mistaken.

First statement and welcome pack with card received this week. Name spelt wrong on card, but details online all correct. No points posted.
Did come across mention today of Wilson being the security contractor at Manus and Nauru so just a heads up for those who try to shop ethically.

Got the card and $50 credit. Haven't checked if points posted. Will be very useful for Sydney CBD parking.

I tried to use the Wilson One card today at Novotel Haymarket car park. The machines rejected my card upon entry, at pre-pay machines and exit. I called the intercom and explained the situation, and they just let me out. $20 saved!

Signed up for the offer before Apr 30th, received the card and the $50 credit invoice via email. Have just tried using the card yesterday and it worked flawlessly both at the entrance and at the exit gates (tap). Checked my Wilson One account balance today and yesterday's transaction isn't there yet.
On the other front, no VA points received so far, although the Wilson signup confirmation email stated they should be credited "early May". Will need to chase those up with Wilson, I guess. However, they may just be on their way between Wilson and Virgin. I've already seen on multiple occasions how tediously long it sometimes takes for bonus points to be credited from various 3rd party providers (BP, Hilton etc.).

My welcome email from them dated 27 April said:

Provided that your Velocity membership name and Wilson Parking customer account name match, you will see the parking credit applied to your next invoice and the bonus Velocity Points will be awarded to your account in early May.

Maybe they meant early June

Received my welcome pack and first invoice (including the $50 credit) over 2 weeks ago (as did my OH) but still no Velocity points for either of us. Might try emailing them - has anyone else tried that yet? I'm just short on points needed for a redemption, this 1K will get me over the line
