Who has the better Business Class Seats Thai or Emirates

opinions please on the following Business Class Seats
who has the better seat for an overnight flight?
Looking a seat that is a close a possible to laying"flat"

Have looked on sites that review seats but still none the wiser

Thai A340-600

OR
Emirates 777-300ER

I suspect the very few here who have travelled on both EK and TG business class on thos aircraft.

That is a lot of different J seats on EK :shock: Wouldn't be too happy if I ended up paying J for some of those
