Sorry what's *A?
And do theythave a rtw product for less Points and taxes? Im not familjar with it

The KrisFlyer round-the-world award costs 240,000 miles for business class and you get up to 7 stopovers. The routing rules are less flexible though compared to the Qantas oneworld award. Taxes roughly the same.

Isn't it great that one question can be answered with so many diverse perspectives! I agree with nearly everyone here, all for the reason that everyone has a different agenda when accumulating points. As this is a Frequent Flyer forum, I think it's a given that most of us fly annually for some reason or another. And the programs we gravitate to, are an extension of that agenda - whether it be cheaper airfares, upgrades, lounge access or simply retail gifts.

Whatever your points churning passion, being a part of any (or many) FF program will always be advantaged by joining the conversation on this website. I've found so many new unidentified friends here who can always steer me in the right path when I get confused. And it's actually made me confident to fly more each year. I would NEVER have experienced Business Class if it wasn't for the knowledge of seasoned pros on these pages.

Thanks everyone! I've got more points now than I know what to do with, and another year of flying in the pointy end to look forward to - all because of YOU x

Oh really?
So krisflyer for non rtw flights are one of the best value
But the kriflyer rtw produxt is same points as qantas and far higher taxes.

Thats unusal.
I will keep that in mind

I'm not sure how you interpreted that from my post? If anything, the KrisFlyer round-the-world award is slightly better value than Qantas.

The KrisFlyer RTW award costs fewer points than Qantas (240,000 vs 280,000 for business class), and there is no real difference in the taxes. With KrisFlyer you get 2 extra stopovers and award availability is a little better, but the routing rules are slightly less flexible.

Oops lack of grammar twisted my view 180 degrees.

What i was trying to say is that krisflyer is so much better value than qff for asingle stop. But when you start doing rtw. They both end up about the same? And in my expeirence. Qff rtw has generaly very high taxes whjch means if kris flyer is similar it makes it poor value

Hopefully i wrotr the above correctly
