Which cards looking the best for QFF 1:1?

G'day, sorry if I have missed the obvious under my nose but I'm falling behind on the whole which card is best at the moment. I'm looking for the best option for a card that pays 1:1 QFF points, ATO payments and city rates. I have been using the woolies Visa money card, but with the 3000 a month 1:1 points ceiling, its not going to work for me. Probably only put 70k through the card a year, but would like to maximise the points earn.
