I could express mail you one from the Scottsdale Bakery (not located in Scottsdale) or Exeter bakery but I'm not sure how they handle re-heating?
Happy to make the experiment.
 
Well you should email Banjo's bakeries.A Tassie company that sells scallop pies in all their outlets.Now in 5 States.WA misses out.We have 5 of them on the Sunshine Coast.And I have had a scallop pie at 2 of those.
 
Unfortunately the Country Bakery in Perth didn't make it through the combined effects of Covid and the Perth bypass.I went past 3 weeks ago and it was still closed.

Scandal! ABC Radio this morning about how Victoria (splutter!) Victoria wants to become Australia's scallop capital, even wth their own scallop pies!

I don't know how I found this, but just imagine him scoffing a tassie scallop pie - just like drron does :)

I'm sure he could eat a scallop pie or 3.
I was tempted today as the hospital had a curried scallop vol au vent for lunch.But I remained faithful to the pie.

Very nice scallop pie in Ross. Bakery31 I think the name was. Excellent pastry - quite thick and not too flaky but still very moist. 7 medium size scallops all with roe. Bit pricey at $9 (although that’s probably the location) but tasty.
