Where else would you like to be able to earn points?

I think the deal may be in the expensive plan, where it may include roaming FOC in some countries.

Included roaming in the usual top 10 countries on a $79 plan would be very compelling.
 
In this era of WFH, you always need stationery and office equipment to work from home.

Good call, it looks like the QBR / Staples partnership is no longer - so an office supplies partner would make a lot of sense.

I'd like to be able to earn points at Officeworks.

You can buy Coles Group & Myer GCs at Coles (or Myer during an Amex statement credit offer) and get the supermarket bonus (if you have a relevant card) at Officeworks. Not sure if it means office works is tied to Coles
 
I'm just wondering if the shine is going off Qantas points with the continuing pandemic.
With fewer Qantas flights ( if at all) departing Australia later this year and early next , and the accumulation of points in our accounts, how many award seats are going to be available particularly in the premium cabins vs the number of potential award passengers.
Another issue is that a lot of new services to Asia eg HKG do not fly out of BNE or PER so if award seats are found , they cost extra taxes and points as they will include the extra leg to SYD or MEL prior to leaving the country.
Don't get me wrong - I want to see Qantas survive.
I am more making the point that the "punters" may soon be asking what is the worth of all their accumulated points if they cant use them particularly in business class.
Of course , they would also look at the high level of taxes and no doubt, an increase in the number of points required coming up in the way QFF does.
Accumulating QFF points is not free ( eg more expensive credit card ) and this will no doubt factor into any decisions.
Sorry to be pessimistic and cynical - its the "times" .

QFF is the biggest it's ever been. It's not going anywhere.
 
I'd like to be able to earn QF points at Priceline as well.

It would counteract the loss of TerryWhite quite nicely.

OT what's available at Priceline that are cheaper that you can't get elsewhere? Never found them to be price competitive.

I would have preferred points at Chemist Warehouse.

I'd like to be able to earn QF points at Priceline as well.

Their loyalty strategy is due for an overhaul. 'Sister Club' has to be one of the worst loyalty program names for a business targetting all demographics. At the checkout the staff awkwardly ask if I'm a member, usually avoiding the name entirely. Great branding 🙄
 
At the moment Skybus is just Melbourne and Hobart. The OOL services have ended permanently and the Brisbane service remains suspended (BNE service was a joke given it cost the same as the train but twice as long).
I didn't even realise until now that Skybus Brisbane has already ceased operations:
 
Skybus Auckland is also out.
Skydrive stops at 22.30 from the airport, so the only way if your flight after 21.25 or so, to get pass immi and customs, is the Supershuttle, where you share a very bumpy ride as the mini bus goes into the suburbs to drop people off to airbnb and homes in the outer suburbs of Auckland.
Didn't ever try the Skybus Brisbane bus but was sad to see that con-x-ions is the only one left now there in BNE
This one also goes the long way round into Brisbane city centre.
