My wife and I booked a trip from BNE -> PER to enjoy rottnest island and the Margaret river. Because we're not planning any O/S trips in the near future, I thought I'd treat us to "The business", as it's the closest either of us have ever been to true international business class.
So, I route us BNE -> SYD -> PER outbound so we can fly on the 332. Costs a few more points, but it would be worth it.
Not much to complain about in the grand scheme of things, but I was really looking forward to that 332! I fly the golden triangle regularly, so tired of the 73H - it's basically a commuter bus to me now!

- VA call centre staff don't put the original booking through correctly, so 2 hours before departure we didn't have a ticket. Only found out when we went to check in. I was on the phone with VA for 20 mins to resolve - luckily there was still space.
- Arrive at BNE airport, BNE->SYD flight has been delayed 1 hour
- After 1 hour, flight is delayed again. This means we will miss our PER connection.
- End up spending a pointless 3.5 hours in BNE airport, and end up catching a 73H BNE->PER. Could have had a sleep in! and really disappointed at missing out on the 332
- Arrive in PER. Bags nowhere to be found
- Give address to VA baggage staff so they can send us our luggage the next day, but when we get to our hotel, the hotel has put us in a separate apartment.
- Spend 3 hours trying to get VA baggage staff to answer the phone so we can give them the updated address. No luck, give up at midnight
- Thankfully the courier called us on our mobile to confirm the address the next morning, but we were stuck in our apartment until then because we had no clean clothes.
