When auto-conversion doesn't

I've always been set up to auto-convert to QFF, but in the past year, it doesn't always work. It used to be that I'd get "Here's $10 Everyday Rewards Dollars" on my activity with "$10 Everyday Rewards Dollars converted" posted the same day.

Now, it sometimes just doesn't happen. Once last year and again a week ago. "Here's $10 Everyday Rewards Dollars" on my activity, but no transfer and no points on the QFF side. Super annoying to have to start chasing them up all the time. I used to be able to rely on them working. Surely it's not just me?

Do they transfer or is the $10 sitting in Woolworths? I find switching options out of Qantas and back can clear anything that hasn't transferred

They seem to just go nowhere. (At least, I don't know of anything I can see if the $10 is sitting in Woolworths. It doesn't seem to display anywhere.) I've never changed options. I thought messing with it might make it worse, like making it think I really do want the discount.

If you’re sure there’s a balance waiting to transfer but hasn’t, then as above just switch via the app the option for rewards from QF to Bank for Christmas (or Automatic Saving) and then back again. That’s the IT equivalent of quick acting Metamucil.
