Yes , Im another one for VA1 or QF12. Afternoon departure , early dinner / late lunch , a movie , then some shut eye for 6-7 hours , before breakfast and mid morning arrival into LAX . If heading to the US EC , then its QF107 or connect onto VA 7 from BNE for the early arrival into LAX to pick up EC connections that arrive early evening. Keen to give QF7 a go sometime for US EC connections thru DFW.

QF108 nearly killed me earlier this year... Mind you I was in the veeeerrrrry back of the plane- I slept for 12 hours once I made it home, then was awake from 2am!

Same. Though granted I was quite unwell, but also at the back of the plane. 14 hours of pure torture, and took me days to recover. Previously came home on qf26 via Auckland and suffered no jet lag at all.

you can give me QF1 or 2 in J or F any day, I can sleep well enough between DXB and LHR and a short sleep back to DXB. It is easy enough to get a very good sleep between DXB and SYD on the way back. End the trip in style with a complementary limousine transfer home

The only bad thing is that London is at the other end.Second would be QF1.

Personally I love those early morning arrivals at LHR where you do a loop around London and fly up the Thames thinking of Conrad's description:

"The old river in its broad reach rested unruffled at the decline of the day, after ages of good service done to the race that peopled its banks, spread out in the tranquil dignity of a waterway leading to the uttermost ends of the earth.

In the early morning as the gloom gives way with the sunrise I find it a very spectacular scene - but then again I love London.

VA24 LAX-MEL

Finish at the office, drive to the airport. Decent sleep onboard, wakeup in Melbourne ready to start the day.

Love QF11 up the pointy end. Fun in the lounge then a long lazy boozy dinner then a decent sleep then wake up in LA ready to go.

QF1 (QF31) SYD-LHR. Leaves SYD at a reasonable time, Layover wasn't too painful, and though customs is painful when you land at that time, you still have a decent chunk of the day to nap/get yourself together to be able to go out and party that night. Return QF2 (QF32) was pretty good too, and the layover overnight in SYD allowed me to refresh, sleep, and re-adjust before flying home the next day.

Guess i'm weird... QF824 - BNE - DRW on the 767's... I don't know why, I just love it.

Any flight into PER: QF 598, 767, 571, 583, SQ 215 - means that I'm coming home!! Can't go wrong with SQ 22 either!

Was QF067 PER-HKG, sadly no more. :(

Morning departure meant into HKG at approx 1530 leaving plenty of time to get into the city, shower and head out for a meal.
