Lets hope NM knows what he does

You know you're a FF when you get excited about the 1st of the month as you'll have a new Qantas mag to read for the 20 minutes of taxiing at SYD.
And 1st of month for NZ and 28th of month for SQ.

You know you're a FF when the taxi drivers recognise you at the airport rank
and taxi drivers at airports other than where you live recognise you. Similarly lounge staff, check-in agents, FAs, and even the people promoting an FF-affiliated credit card in the airport corridor (and this is 2 different countries other than the one living in)!

You know you're a FF when your FF card is in the most easily accessed slot in your wallet.
You know you're a FF when you have more FF cards than credit cards.

You know you're a FF when spend more on airport departure tax than do on power, phone, etc.

Ha so I'm not the only one!

You know you are a FF when passport fills up (48 pages) in under 3 years.

You know you are a FF when friends and family ring you they ask where are you today?

You know you are a FF when your TA rings and asks for your advice.

•You know you are a frequent flyer when you have a regular taxi driver who knows where you live and also your preferred route to get there from the airport.

•You know you are a frequent Flyer when your taxi driver rings you up and asks why you haven't used them for two weeks!

Like my husband, you know you are a frequent flyer when you fly to a meeting in Paris or New York, shower, then fly straight home again to stay out of trouble with the missus...
You know you're a frequent flyer when you stop bragging about it...

You're not a frequent flyer if you've had to buy a toothbrush in the past 5 years.

Correction - for SQ its the 27th of month on some routes, 28th on others.

You know when you have been flying too much when you look at trolley dollies and think to yourself "she must be new - I haven't seen her before"

Ultimate Test

It is probably when immigration officials take a keen interest in your comings and goings.

"Your are a frequent flyer, aren't you?"

IO: And what's the purpose of your visit?

FF: Status run :D .

IO: In that case, have a pleasant stay.

... or soap!

You know you're a frequent flyer when nobody bothers to call your landline any more, ever.

You know you're a frequent flyer when you get volume disounts from your local pet-minders, and you only have one pet.

You know you're a frequent flyer when you notice that the check-in lady at QC is using a new shade of nail polish...

... and she rings you up a few days later to tell you the name of the brand.

When you run out of room on the immigration card where it asks for all the countries you have visited in the past 30 days.

Very rude of me and most users on this site but welcome to aff khun tanewi. After all I introduced you to aff about 6 months ago. Hope to keep the pot stirring for a while yet.

I don't think you had the troubles in our travels, it was mainly me. Kept getting mistaken for Saddam Hussein or Al Zarqawi with my moustache. :p Remember TQ in pattaya when US navy was in town. :? You went inside but I was asked to leave.

Not that interesting, sadly - first, because I'm a straight girl, and second, because the manufacturer had discontinued the shade. Dammit.
