I flew MH recently in N class which unfortunately is not eligible for any Qantas points.

I could get about 6,000 Enrich points out of this - but should I even bother claiming the points? I doubt I will be accruing any more Enrich points in the future.

Could I do points + pay and get a Qantas domestic flight? Any shopping portal I can use the points for?

Retro claim the miles into Enrich (no other program earns N class as you rightly point out)

You can use 6,000 miles to offset ~RM 210 / AUD $70 off your next flight with MH when you book via MH website using the miles+cash slider option.
Miles last for 3 years.
