And a bowl of steamed rice for Missy as she is not a fan of Yum Cha/ Asian food but we did let the gkids order for our Saturday Mother's Day lunch, it was more about the catch up than the food.

Akra Hotel Antalya. Fantastic hotel and amazing food. We dined at the buffet which had all the normal things but they also had a couple of cooking stations.

Food was several steps up from normal hotel fare!

A lunch yesterday at Pullman Hotel, King George Square.

I’d have loved some olive slices to get the salt and taste up a little. Basil pesto tested more like tomato paste. No basil 🙄

Oh my, the just was delicious. I’d have licked the plate clean if I wasn’t a gentleman.

EK Flounge DXB. We overnighted in the airport hotel so were frequent visitors to the F lounge :p

Lunch was an appetiser of Aburi Salmon and was one of the tastiest dishes i have had! We were told it had only just come on to the menu in place of the scallops. See photo for description (i have photos of the rest of the menu if anyone is interested).. This was followed by a Lobster Roll which was also amazing and washed down with a Moet and Chandon Rose (not sure what vintage) and a 2016 Grand Vintage Champagne.

Dinner started with a couple of lamb chops and a Foi Gras Terrine, plus a bit more Moet and Chandon Rose. Next up was a Wagyu beef rib eye with a glass of red and finally desert.
