What happened with QF400 and QF127 this morning

I am doing QF400 (MEL-SYD) and QF127 (SYD-HKG) soon.
Noticed today that QF400 left an hour late then was in the air for almost 2hrs 45mins, also QF127 delayed from 9:50 til after 2pm.
Anyone know the reasons for these delays?
