What does an * mean? Accor experts?

I have an upcoming booking using my new AFF Platinum status at a Sofitel Thalassa sea & spa. In the context of the * in the line Exclusive benefits at Sofitel*, Pullman and MGallery hotels. and then the reference to *Except Thalassa sea and spa which are the benefits at Thalassa.

What is the Thalassa treatment product likely to be?

Exclusive benefits at Sofitel*, Pullman and MGallery hotels.

My interest is around which if the listed benefits are excluded when staying at a Sofitel Thalassa. For instance, having used the asterix to say that the benefits don't apply does it mean down to the mention of Thalassa OR does it mean that the benefits are offered, but just not exclusively to Platinums.

I have a feeling it is one of those Accor things.
