What cheeses me off

But yours is a battle-axe block so the door is nowhere near the street.
Oh and I wonder how long the toy will last with divine Max once he gets into the swing of it 🤣

I'll post some photos later, he likes it. Not sure how long it will last, he was trying to pull it apart, maybe I should buy another one. They were 30% off.

How slowly people get off domestic flights in the main cabin!!!

I can see why LCCs discourage hand baggage… must save them a good 5-10 mins during turns.

Excruciating tonight waiting to get off a full plane, and I was only half way down.

Its merely a matter of timing and tactics 🤣

We recently had a few flights down the back (and I'm talking last row) due to cancellations etc, it was torture waiting for everyone to get off. If we didn't have the kids I might have bolted up the aisle before anyone else got the chance 😂

Not used to sitting so far back? 😀

One thing that makes that judgement more difficult if you're further down the back is that you have a much harder time seeing whether the aircraft door has opener or not.

When the overheads get quite full and you end up with more people who may be forced to place their hand luggage away from their row (e.g. a row 5 pax having to place it at row 8), that'll definitely slow down things on disembarkation.

Recently we had a delayed domestic flight and we were all asked on the PA by both pilot and CSM before disembarkation to remain seated so that people who have tight connections can get up and leave first. I was rather surprised that everyone complied to give these rushed pax a chance.

Before the door opens you can ask peops 3 rows (or even more) back to pass your bag forward... those of us wanting a quick exit will gladly oblige

Oh, I could see the very front of the plane moving, so doors were open.

I don’t even know how it took so long… but plenty of folk had bags too big and too heavy for them to be moved easily. Or they were too short to reach the overheads properly.

As mentioned above, lots of people helping out others. But it really was glacial.

I’ve seen dinner services faster on QFi (in business!)
