What cheeses me off

As I have posted before what seriously pisses me off are ‘Back Packs’ and more particularly the brain dead people who wear them in crowded environments with zero spatial awareness of collateral damage they do to people around them
I just give them a generous shove these days if they start to encroach.

I think you may need to check out the various "Seniors" card differences at Eligibility There is a work limitation of not working full time to be eligible for an actual Seniors Card as well as the residency. If you are working, you can get the Seniors Business Discount Card - but that won't help for Electricty discounts - you need the full Seniors Card for that.
Oh dear I must have missed that one. Not likely to stop working full time before 70 so no Seniors card.

WCMO.... Chatbots that are completely useless and keep asking you to describe your question in multiple different ways - simply because they don't know the answer.

I simply wanted to ask CBA Netbank why I can no longer use 1Password to login to their site. If you prefer using the Website, not only do you have to go to the App as a second line of verification but it also now requires you to manually copy and paste your user number and password from 1Password into the fields on the web page. And I thought it was a good idea setting a more secure unique password.

Of course the Chat had no idea what I was asking.

I have never had to copy & paste details to log in to CBA via web browser. Sounds sus!
I logon via web browser (Client I’d and password), then I receive a 6 digit code (2FA) in the App that I then enter in web browser - access granted.

To be fair, I would have been mightily impressed if their Chatbot had known what you were talking about.

Fellow 1Password user here, but not a CommBank customer. I just set up a dummy login for Netbank and saved it into my 1Password to see if it would auto-copy the user number and password and it absolutely does do that. So my suggestion would be to try recreating/saving the login into 1Password, and ensure that you have the latest version of the app + any browser extension. I know that 1Password had some issues recently with the browser extension not being able to consistently detect and enter login credentials in the relevant fields.

Thanks, I will try your suggestions although I have no issues with any other function or website using 1Password - I find it excellent overall to store almost any secure information.

It seems to be an issue with Firefox as I just tried with Chrome without a problem.
