I rarely do these days. You just don't know if you will invoke some drug filled rage.

The horn button on my steering wheel broke many years ago and I must admit I would come across as one of the most polite divers now days as long as they cant lip read.
I remember when I used to chauffeur my old boss to his office once a week and many times he would say blast the horn from the back seat where he preferred to sit. Very confusing situation having to listen to a back seat driver.
