What are the new travel services for the COVID Travel Era?

Prompted by a comment from @drron in another thread, I started thinking about new services that could be offered by travel businesses in the COVID Travel Era.

For example, if we adopted @drron's idea of pre-paying for quarantine on return, before leaving the country, then a maybe business could be engaged to arrange your on-line grocery delivery, Dan Murphy's of your choice, a comfort pack of your choosing and maybe even work items like a larger monitor and printer. They could also be your "emergency hot line" that you called for things to be sorted out. Maybe the hotel could offer this as an add on service, or perhaps a quarantine coordinator business. Is there some business model for COVID hotel gym?

I know that you can do a lot of this yourself, but it is the logistics that make it hard - how would you personally get a comfort pack to the hotel before travel - storage etc? hence my thought that maybe a new service is needed.

What about a "I can't travel now due to border closure" swap or sell holiday/accommodation/airfare web site sort of like house swaps for the inevitable cancellations? I know some booking T&C would need to change, but just doing a bit of blue sky thinking here.

How about advertising yourself on airtasker as a "refund assistant" with your job being to wait on hold on behalf of a client for Qantas or any other travel provider to take your call about cancellations?

What are your business ideas for new COVID Travel Era?

Just saw this item about people choosing to quarantine in the NT because it is cheaper, warmer and all round a better experience. Thats' what I like to see - a competitive market for the compulsory quarantine!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

Or maybe a business selling souvenir masks with cute slogans or even print your own holiday photo on the mask while you wait for your 'rapid' COVID test results (if we ever get those tests - and permission to leave the country).

But then comments from their Chief Minister begging people to stay after quarantine and not just use as a back door into Queensland.
