I'm traveling to Mexico and that i need to buy a movable calling card once I arrive in Mexico. I hope to use it to form phone calls from Mexico to the us whereas traveling. What are the rates and prices for these calling cards? can they be cheaper then using Cingular's $0.99/minute International roaming?

I would suggest googling the Mexican operators for prepaid options.
I expect you would be able to better that Cingular rate.
