Agree with @fletty and @moa999. Only other thing to point out is that if you earn enough FF points to reach Points Club Plus, then that comes with complimentary Qantas Club membership.

Hitting Gold with Qantas is likely the easiest option, and that will come with the bonus of access to OneWorld partner lounges.
