Never thought I'd say this but well done Jetstar. I recently bought 4 tickets (basic fares) to coughet online for an incorrect date. The resulting frantic call to them was handled kindly and efficiently and 2 weeks later their finance department have refunded all of my payment - as a once off consideration. After all their press, I didn't expect such a good outcome.
 
Good to see. J* get a caning from some, however I've always found them to be friendly and deliver exactly what they promise.

I have also had good responses from JQ. When putting my grandchildren on flight from Cairns to Melbourne I realised my granddaughter was actually just short of her 15th birthday. After trying to convince them to let them fly unaccompanied, JQ offered me a discounted return companion fare to accompany them. As a LCC you can't assume any value adding but the response was very considerate.
