Yes yes and yes... People absorb much more information if it is delivered with some humour, especially if the jokes aren't "forced". Of course it worked because she was able to ad-lib the jokes in so naturally. A person who is not talented like that is likely to turn customers off.

Yes again, as long as it comes off. I've always appreciated the ANZ ones with Hobbits or Bear Grylls.
