An absolute brilliant webinar ...I learnt a lot of new tricks to try out re searching for award flights! I would definitely be happy to pay for future webinars as the info learnt is invaluable!
 
Another great webinar, but it merely confirmed my view that its all too bloody hard (or massively time consuming). And @Mattg knows how I deal with that!

  • Would you attend the next webinar? - Yes, if possible

  • What topics would you like us to address in the future? - Who to contact when things go wrong with award bookings (ie marketing or operating carrier ...) & related; maybe with some e-mails and phone contacts for various airlines. AND/OR Lounge access rules in 2023!

  • What did you find most valuable about the webinar? - The 'third party' airline websites that reveal award availability on Qantas

  • Does the timing work for you? - Yes

  • What improvements would help for you to get more value out of the webinar? - Please try not to whiz the cursor around so quickly! Making the 'pointer' (circle) leave a trail might help follow it to where you are clicking on? Summary of key points at the end, maybe with key help resources
 
Very informative! The tip about searching for One World reward availability on JAL is an absolute gem.

  • Does the timing work for you? Yes, for now (not sure how it changes after daylight savings)
  • What improvements would help for you to get more value out of the webinar? Not sure if I had just not found the feature, but captions (for when I need to turn the sound down) and the ability to quickly pause and catch up

If you registered for the webinar, you should have received an email just after 10pm on Wednesday evening with a link to the recording.

If you didn't receive this, please email [email protected] so we can follow up.

I attended last week's (05/07) webinar and was told that I'd receive an e-mail with a link to download the episode. I never received this e-mail; how long after the webinars are the e-mails generally sent out?

I sent an e-mail (and a message via the online form in addition) but still no response.

Great information mentioned during the session.

For anyone signing up to seats.aero (ref the 'Sharpening your award search tools' webinar), it appears there is a problem if you use a bigpond.com e-mail. Bigpond rejects their e-mails (so you don't hear from them) and they don't have visibility on this. Use an e-mail other than bigpond.com

Further to the above - good service by seats.aero. Asked for a substitute e-mail and that subbed in quickly and all working. Its a very good Awards seats tool.
