Want to go to Japan from Melbourne

I have 115k velocity points and want to go to Japan. What are my options? Do I have to convert them to krisflyer? Is there a chart I can consult for possible flights

As far as I can see based on the info you have given the only option is to convert Velocity points. You will just have enough points for a return Y trip or one way in J. Of course availability is another thing...
